This facility has many facets and uses but can be thought of as firstly, a comprehensive data-base of all aspects of our company and products, including all stock availability, pricing, technical, commercial and operational details.

Imagine you have a member of your staff sitting at one of the terminals in our office, able to rapidly check stock, nett product prices with quantity break information and production lead times.

Imagine they could also place orders directly onto our system and receive automatic confirmations, access and print lists of current or past orders, and locate and print invoices.

This member of staff could rapidly answer technical or commercial questions about Vulcan and our products, by accessing our colossal information databases. And they could do it at a time that suits you, day or night. The Web Portal provides you this capability in your own office.

The design remit was to readily provide the answer to any and every question asked of Vulcan by our good distributors and partners.
