2010: USA Facility
Onwards and upwards seems an appropriate saying as we now look forward to another challenging decade. Vulcan have long supplied the American market from overseas in the UK. Following unprecedented success throughout the world and the USA in particular, we decided to further maximise this by creating our own presence and facility in the USA.
In November 2010 therefore, we established our Distribution Centre to mimic our UK facility and located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. A mix of US employees and others transferred from Vulcan UK will provide a nice blend of cultures that will protect but share the Vulcan identity and values.
