1997: Manufacturing Facility

In keeping with our philosophy for offering only “Best Service” we created our own manufacturing plant in 1997 in Ningbo, China.  As a result of our success came the need to expand and very rapidly this very first manufacturing plant became two and by 2006 we had five such facilities.

Growth continued and in 2007 we opened our new “Super Factory” encompassing 17000sq. metres, that consolidated all other facilities into the one factory.  All production machines are state of the art and mostly CNC Capability up to six axes.  We are, in our field, the only vertically integrated manufacturer buying raw material and producing all components and finished product in house.

We are equally proud of our inspection capability where again we have introduced as standard, auto electronic inspection and removing the need for manual inspection in preference to definitive measurement by machines.  Our latest generation machines can inspect to 2 micron.

Assessed to ISO 9000 our factory is not only recognised within China as a technologically advanced facility, and is the biggest exporter of Mechanical Seals, but is also now recognised as a leader for supply World Wide.
