1994: The HQ and Warehouse Facilities

Mighty oaks from little acorns grow.

From small beginnings in a building located in Rotherham, UK the business has grown into what we have today – a multi million pound turnover and world recognised supplier of Sealing products.  This success and unparalleled growth in our field necessitated more space and in 1994 our HQ moved to our current location, in the heart of Sheffield, UK.

A modern building with five integrated floors now houses the HQ and Electronic Warehouse and distribution center for all our World Wide locations.  In Sheffield we manage the design process and are proud to boast the widest product range of all our competitors in like industry.  It is recognised there are seven seal types available to industry World Wide and Vulcan offer six out of seven.

The past eight years has seen a revolutionary change to our systems and process and we have fulfilled our dream to be the “Auto Electronic Warehouse to the Trade”.  Product order through to supply is managed by auto electronic systems integrated with bar code data base and electronic storage carousels.
